All course materials, templates, recordings, and content provided by TheCareerCommand are our intellectual property. You may use these materials for personal learning but may not redistribute, sell, or share them without written permission.
While we provide frameworks, skills, and support to help you advance your career, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, promotions, or salary increases. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and many other factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheCareerCommand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
