1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TheCareerCommand's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TheCareerCommand is a cohort-based career accelerator program designed for professionals with 3+ years of experience. Our services include live weekend sessions, community access, 1-on-1 strategy calls, and educational materials.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have a valid LinkedIn profile for verification purposes

4. Application and Enrollment

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject applications at our discretion
• Verify the information provided in your application
• Limit cohort capacity to maintain quality
• Prioritize candidates based on fit and experience

5. Payment Terms

Upon acceptance, payment is required to confirm your enrollment:

• Payment can be made via credit/debit card through Stripe
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance for "Pay Later" applicants
• Your seat is only confirmed after successful payment

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full refund: Requested more than 7 days before cohort start date
• 50% refund: Requested 3-7 days before cohort start date
• No refund: Requested less than 3 days before cohort start or after the cohort begins

7. Code of Conduct

As a participant, you agree to:

• Treat all participants, mentors, and staff with respect
• Not share cohort materials or recordings without permission
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Maintain confidentiality of discussions in the community
• Not use the community for spam or promotional purposes

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, recordings, and content provided by TheCareerCommand are our intellectual property. You may use these materials for personal learning but may not redistribute, sell, or share them without written permission.

9. No Guarantees

While we provide frameworks, skills, and support to help you advance your career, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, promotions, or salary increases. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and many other factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheCareerCommand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
